Every buyer in the club has been reviewed personally, verified for position to proceed, and signed a mutual NDA. When you place an instruction with us, you know the introduction is qualified before it is made.
Vendor circumstances remain protected. Addresses are withheld from all circulations. The club never places instructions on Rightmove, Zoopla, or any public channel. Everything travels by private email to verified members only.
Subscriptions run monthly. A 0.25% transaction fee applies on exchange — paid by the agent on completion, not by the vendor. No tie-in period; cancel at any time.
A recognised reputation in a defined UK prime or super-prime residential market. We do not accept generalist agencies or relocation services.
Ability to place genuinely private instructions — not slow-moving public stock or recently withdrawn listings repackaged as off-market.
Willingness to honour our introduction terms and fee structure. Comfort with vendor anonymity until a qualified buyer introduction is confirmed.
Focused practice in a specific prime postcode or region. We accept one to two agencies per defined market — earlier applications take precedence.
Direct relationship with vendors placing instructions — not a referral intermediary. The placing agent must be the instructed agent of record.
A working practice built on client confidentiality. We look for agencies where discretion is not a service offering but an operating principle.
The application takes five minutes. We respond within five working days.
