How it works

Private, simple, and on your terms.

The Private Market Club connects verified, funded buyers with properties that will never reach the open market. When you list with us, your property is introduced by private weekly email to our member network — with your address redacted and your identity protected until you give explicit consent to proceed.

You remain in control throughout. You set the terms, you decide who to speak to, and you instruct your own solicitor when you're ready to proceed. We make the introduction. Nothing more.

There is no agency agreement and no tie-in period. The listing fee covers curation, vetting, and introduction — £995 for properties up to £5M, £1,495 up to £20M, and £2,500 above £20M. A 0.5% success fee applies on exchange, paid by you on completion.

Lewis reviews your submission personally. If accepted, you'll receive a payment link for the relevant listing fee.

Payment & listing confirmed

On payment, your property is scheduled for the next available Sunday drop. Lewis may contact you to refine the editorial description.

Private introduction

Interested members are introduced to you directly, with your consent, at a time of your choosing. You control the process from here.

You proceed independently

No agency agreement required. Instruct your own solicitor and negotiate directly. We step back once the introduction is made.

No payment is taken now. The fee is determined by your guide price — £995 up to £5M, £1,495 up to £20M, £2,500 above £20M. If accepted, you'll receive a Stripe payment link within 48 hours. A 0.5% success fee applies on exchange. The listing fee is non-refundable once paid.
