Is the first photo really free?
Yes. No card required, no trial period, no strings. Upload one photo and see the result. If you like it, buy credits or start a plan.
What counts as one credit?
One uploaded image = one credit. Each image is processed, enhanced, and delivered as a separate 4K file. Bulk upload lets you submit multiple photos at once — they each use one credit.
Does everyone get bulk upload?
Yes — all plans including PAYG. Upload a full property portfolio in one go. You can drag and drop multiple photos at once and they'll all be processed and delivered together.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. But PAYG top-up credits never expire — they sit in your account until you use them, even after cancelling.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel online in your account settings — no phone calls, no forms, no exit fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's virtual staging?
Virtual staging places realistic furniture into empty rooms. It's included as a monthly credit on Starter, Pro, and Pro Max plans. All virtually staged photos should be labelled as such in listings.
